I do love Tricycle and wish I could say I love the app, but Ive not been able to download any of the last several issues.

A serious magazine that takes its subject seriously. There r no fluff pieces. Covers all the major schools of Buddhism in a non-sectarian way. It also ties u in to Buddhist films, books, & online retreats. No matter where u are--from just curious to adept meditator-- this is a valuable resource. Ive learned a terrific amount just by reading Tricycle.
There should be more publications like this.
Thoughtful, provocative, open-minded, big hearted.
I paid for the most recent issue and it will not let me read it, instead the app asked me to buy it again.
Unlike others, I havent had any problems reading an issue. However, when I close the app and then reopen it, every issue I have downloaded vanishes and I have to start over. This is very frustrating. And it has asked me to repurchase some issues. Unhappy customer.
This app is a test in non-attachment. I cannot restore the issues I have subscribed and paid for... Reinstalled, rebooted, no luck. I will rate it higher if the developers fox the access issues.
Its now impossible to download any issue. Tricycle referred me to Picsean who makes the app. Theyve been aware of the problem since ios9 debuted on 9/16 but no fix/update. Tricycle either needs to delete this app or find a new firm to make and manage it.
I totally agree with the review: "Even after tec asst the app fails to download the last three issues. Lots of spinning, zero success after several hours of thumb twirling."
iPad 2 No problems
The application loses your purchases. Its buggy!
Magazines appear to load initially. However they dont actually fully load and you cant read the articles consistently
I have never been able to successfully download the magazine. The current issue freezes up once downloading has begun on the new iPad pro.
Tricycle is one of the best Buddhist Mags out there. Very well organized and written. However they designed their own app instead of going with Zinio or Pocket-mags. Their design is full of flaws. It reads vertically and as you scroll down the app will skip pages, return to the beginning, or overwrite one page over the other. It doesn’t open to last page read so you have to book mark. I called them they said they were working on it, since they are Buddhist I believe them. But my advice is to go to their website and purchase the mag + app it’s not expensive and you become a member with access to their excellent web site. I surely hope they fix it. But for now I definitely do not recommend it.
Wont download on iPad Pro. Dont waste your money. Perhaps the apps developers need to practice mindfulness a bit more.
So frustrating! Nothing works as described in Help. Please fix this!
The app gives me a chance to work on my anger and patience. The magazine gives me what I am looking for from Tricycle.
I love the magazine, shame that’s it all but impossible to read in the app. Issues disappear, and previous purchases become unavailable for download. Very frustrating subscribing to a magazine that you can’t read.
The app is not as conducive to enjoying The Tricycle "on the go" as I would prefer. The magazine is wonderful though.
No update despite awareness of issue for almost 4 months
